  • Master-Satellite Architecture: Designed a hierarchical system where a master coordination sheet orchestrates production across multiple satellite sheets, each representing a distinct template or campaign. This enables parallel operation of concurrent campaigns across regions without interference.
  • Multi-API Orchestration with Intelligent Throttling: Built asynchronous queue management that coordinates calls across HeyGen (video generation) and ElevenLabs (audio synthesis), respecting each API's rate limits, handling retries, and maintaining production continuity even when individual services experience failures.
  • Webhook-Driven State Management: Implemented event-driven status updates where external services push completion events directly into the relational database, providing real-time visibility into thousands of concurrent jobs without resource-intensive polling.
  • Resilient Error Routing: Engineered automated error detection and isolation. Invalid payloads, API rejections, and data formatting issues are flagged and routed to dedicated error logs, allowing the production queue to bypass failures gracefully and continue processing the remaining batch autonomously.
